Meet Yolk 

Yolk is an extremely shy, sensitive girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. She is easily overwhelmed by new environments, sounds, and people, so she will need a very patient, understanding adopter who is committed to letting her adjust at her own pace.

Because Yolk becomes frightened easily, she will need a home that provides safe hidey spaces and a secure, confined area where she can feel protected while she builds confidence. Giving her time, space, and the ability to retreat when she needs to will be essential to her success.

Yolk is not a cat who will rush into interaction-instead, she will slowly begin to show progress in small, meaningful steps when she feels safe. Trust will take time, but for the right person, watching her gently come out of her shell will be incredibly rewarding.

She will thrive in a quiet, low-traffic home with a calm routine and an adopter who understands that fear-based behaviour is not a setback, but part of her healing process.
